Wisconsin Trip

For July 4th long weekend we went all the way to Wisconsin to see my midwest family - grandparents, aunts, uncles and lots of cousins. It was Finley's first flight and my second. We both did ok, although I was bored in about 10 minutes. My grandparents completely spoiled me with new toys, books, an awesome ride-on fire truck, and they made a special dirt area in the backyard with dump trucks and bulldozers. They had blown up a pool and filled it with balls and also blown up a ball you can crawl into. I was in heaven. Here is Finley on her first flight ever.

This is a cool ball that you can climb into and roll around like a human hamster. My grandma gave me one to bring home!

That weekend, the entire family came to spend the day with us. Grandpa blew up 5 HUGE pools outside and we ate BBQ and played on the swings. Grandma made awesome estrella cookies.

This is my cousin Mya. When she was a baby she came to my parent's wedding.

Grandpa took me down stairs so I could see his amazing trains. All I wanted to do was hold one.

These are my cousins Francesca and Georgia playing peek-a-boo with Finley. They LOVED Finley and visa versa.

This is my cousin Isaac. He just turned three this month and is all about dinosaurs. If I lived here, I would love playing with him in the dirt.

I had so much fun playing with my cousins until it was time for the cousin picture. Then I decided I didn't want to play nice anymore.

This is my Uncle Kevin, Aunt Jeneen and my cousins Francesca, Georgia and Addison.

On the flight home, I showed Bubba the wing of the plane and explained we were flying in the sky.

Finley was loving every minute of it.
